I don't think think this particular cartoon is particularly "Pro Mac Propaganda". I have seen some of their cartoons that satirize Apple fanboys.
I used to work as a computer support person. One Friday morning a client called and said that their batch job printer wasn't working. We figured out that whoever cleaned the building during the night turned off the printer as well as the lights when they left. Still the client claimed that the salesperson promised that the printer didn't require any intervention. I wonder what the client would think when they ran out of paper.
Hmm I like the ones where they satirise fanboys e.g. http://www.joyoftech.com/joyoftech/joyarchives/1170.html, but it's obvious they are pro-Mac - lets go through the last few:
Of the specific URLs that you listed, most appear to satirize the "Mac cult". I wouldn't say they were "pro-Mac", rather just the opposite, implying how superficial and puerile (etc.) the fanboys are. Obviously written/drawn by people that have a lot of knowledge of the "Mac world".

etc...the ones spoofing the prices and Keynote are good, but the majority seem to be Mac-is-better type moralising.
Don't mind people poking fun but some of them are a bit nudge-nudge-Mac-is-better.
