I don't think think this particular cartoon is particularly "Pro Mac Propaganda". I have seen some of their cartoons that satirize Apple fanboys.
I used to work as a computer support person. One Friday morning a client called and said that their batch job printer wasn't working. We figured out that whoever cleaned the building during the night turned off the printer as well as the lights when they left. Still the client claimed that the salesperson promised that the printer didn't require any intervention. I wonder what the client would think when they ran out of paper.
