Because 1996 was such an important year for me - I might do a podcast later in the year about this; hopefully with Kirk, I thought I should do this meme...1996 was one of those OMG my life just totally changed years - coming out, first sexual experiences, first gay scene experiences, and first love...and I got a new job by the start of 97, and met John a month after.

NOW: Various temp jobs - currently not working (weird, I did 6+ years of permanent jobs in between)

THEN: Longer than now - but was keeping it shorter. Far too long actually.
NOW: Shaved, or usually short

THEN: No
NOW: No

THEN: Yes
NOW: Yes

THEN: Kirk
NOW: Kirk

THEN: None
NOW: Don't have pets - I live in a big city, it's not fair.

THEN: Wasn't out/active, later in the year it was Bob from SF.
NOW: John

THEN: Brian Blessed, Mr Shorofsky, Yosemite Sam, Santa
NOW: Brian Blessed, Hugo Myatt from Knightmare

11) Who was your regular-person crush?
THEN: Richard, a guy that worked at BOC.
NOW: Don't really have them, but occasionally I'll see a cute bear online and swoon. Usually on here...

THEN: None
NOW: None

THEN: Pulp or New Order
NOW: The Clash or something new like the Brakes. Still love New Order and Pulp though

THEN: No, although tried smoking weed at university once and almost died from coughing.
NOW: No, but I occasionally get second hand smoke from the cigar and pipebears I *cough* know. ;-)

Have smoked skunk/weed a few times since. From a pipe *grin* or joint. Tends to just send me to sleep though.

16) Had you gotten drunk?
THEN: Never. Didn't really drink til 1995, and even then small amounts.
NOW: Once recently, but probably doesn't count as drunk. Head spinniness, that's all. Too much of a control freak to get off my face.

17) What kind of Car did you drive?
THEN: Don't drive.
NOW: Still don't drive.

18) What was your weight?
THEN: 11 or 12 stone I guess
NOW: hate to think.

19) What was your favorite TV shows?
THEN: Probably retro stuff like Hitch-hikers Guide on video, or music programs like TOTP.
NOW: Don't watch TV anymore.

THEN: Yes, just about - on 14kbs no less!
