Simple I don't use my desktop...I use explorer and the Start menu. Desktop is a dumping ground for temp stuff.

I have a temp folder on my desktop for that. But mayber your style is similar to a crystal ball, you stare at it and intuitively pick out some bit of information.

I don't use my desktop, anyway, most of the crap there is years old...not too large though, otherwise I'd delete it.

I put all of my programs in the start menu in folders.
