OK if my neighbours play loud music and shout outside til 2am (or later, the night is young), can I legally kill them?

Seriously what can I do? Complained to the landlord enough times and it makes no difference - but the council won't investigate without a 'noise diary'

Sigh.

Just had to shout at them from my window, they weren't answering the door (left it open!?!) so decided it best not to enter. They seem to have shut up now, but it's annoying since I'm all adrenalined up now and feel bad for having to shout at them, still they were taking the piss with loud music and shouting in the back garden at 2am (which actually annoys the next door neighbour next to the house)! This is a very residential neighbourhood, kids and families, it's not really party central.

Maybe they should invite their neighbours next time (they did about a month ago, so I ignored the noise).

ring your local council immediately its classed as noise pollution and counts as anti social behaviour and they can be evicted

I had this problem where I lived and the council came around with the police broke, into their flat and removed all electrical noise making equipment

after they had had all their stuff removed for the third time they fucked off

You need to start a diary with videos and recordings of every disturbance as evidence
