fingertroubleI'm a big fan of the new Petula Clark single, and this remix that I bought the company made a video for it - especially for Valentines Day, and John:
I've been VJing at an event called Kleptonite in Hackney since November, and this was pride of place in the set (themed Computer Love after the Kraftwerk shows and VD) - and yes John was there for the first time ;-) This includes some of the technology (controllers/live VJing stuffs) that I aim to do part or all of what I do in my edited videos live - already play them out and mix video and loops live, but want to go to the next step...most of the 'datamosh'/ ASCII effects in this video was mixed live then edited.
Hope you like it...probably the best thing I've done after the Def Con Wan video - which again I forgot to post here:
which will mean I get about 100 views for it. *sigh* Silly muppets and Gaga shit, 1000s of views. Anything with actual art in it, or time or love - nope. Almost didn't post the Petula one cos I'm rather fed up of the tumbleweed...and mashup/DJ people who don't bother to support your night but then expect you to be all over their shit like flies. Hmm.
