Spookily I predicted a lot of the Oscars over here: in response to that fake Oscar winners thing that was doing the rounds.

Should've bet on it or something! Anyway really glad that MILK won best actor and original screenplay, and Heath Ledger won best supporting actor (I bet they weren't even taking bets on that one) and Slumdog won big. Surprised that Curious Case won quite a few, although not the big awards - but as someone at work pointed out, they've been trying to make the film for 5 years as a fairly obvious Oscar-baiting film, so they'd be pretty pissed off if it didn't win anything.

Re:The Oscars ® WINNERSLIST IS LEAKED! 1 Day, 16 Hours ago
No way.
It's rather obvious selection and there is usually at least one or two WTF? with the Oscars. I could've made that list.
I think Sean Penn might win the best actor - I think Milk might win more than 'editing'?
It's right on one thing: Slumdog will win big also. And Curious Case might not...and I think Heath Ledger and Dark Knight are a shoe-in also.
But the rest are up in the air. In Bruges might win something.
