fingertroubleI think the quietness about the weather from UK LJ bears is due to the fact it's so frigging hot you don't want to do anything, let alone post here! Got home last night around 6pm and the usually buzzing street was eerily quiet. I think everyone was crashed out or out at a bar taking refreshments!
For those of you outside the UK we just had the hottest July day on record yesterday - 36.3C which is 97F for you funny buggers. Today is cooler at 28C, but it's apparently going to rise again over the next 5 days to the early 30s.
I don't do well in heat, not at all...
