fingertroubleSaw Mission Impossible 3 - mostly stupid if briefly entertaining bollox - some amazing action sequences, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman was great (as he was in 25th State) and makes a good baddy...pretty implausible in places though.
Still Mission Impossible as I said is an irony magnet and is linked in part to my friendship with Kirk so we have to go (I saw the first one the day before I came out to him, and missed the opening weekend because I was busy getting it on for the first time ;-)
This latest one although better than MI2 (not hard) is still pure action fluff...and Simon Pegg has only a brief role although he does help save the day!
XMen 3 looks more like good summer blockbuster fodder, but I guess the muted launch over here means it might be shit...
