This is a little like Bearforce for me, like the attention, hot bearded men = WIN. But not too sure of the context or production - the whooping reality freakshow style and GO USA! GO USA! AMERICA -FUCK YEAH! type flag waving is less great...

Irony is: they didn't beat the Germans according to the WBMC website, it was 7 golds to 6. Might be schadenfreude or just English dislike of being too confident, but strangely after that over-confident video it makes me happy.

Maybe we can go back to genteel bearded and moustached men in their parlors and smoking jackets, talking about the points of the day and stroking their beards while smoking a nice pipe or cheroot? And being above such things, cos it's 'not cricket, m'dear?'*

Yours truly pink_halen is writing form Norway. The contest was amazing. I'll post pictures later today. I stay out of the politics. There are plenty of Politics to get wrapped up in. It's just great to see all the lovely bearded men. Some of the reporters are nice as well.
