I doubt I will stick to this, just like 365 Days of Coffee ;-) but now I have the scanner linked up I will try and scan at least one image every day or so.

That means in about 10,000 days all of them might be scanned. That's only 27 years! WOOH! Yeah! Err...quite a bit of that 10,000+ are slides which I can't scan anyway, unless someone wants to lend me a Nikon Coolscan

Really love the colours & textures of this one... :o)

At first I thought you'd done that "hand-tinting" effect with the colour only being put onto the ball, then realized that the lines are also red(dish), but they keep fading into the background and taking on the monochromatic elements of the rest in the face of the ball... Great pic! :o)

No it's all as I took it - no effects, that's what it was in front of me - I was studying my C&G and we were talking about selective colour, so the red vs red vs grey was intentional.

It had just started to rain, which always intensifies colour - hence all those shots of bright umbrellas.
