I won't become a maniac about it but apart from taking a proof of address I'm rather stuck. Don't drive, don't have a card for work, not even a member of a union any more. So my passport is my only real ID; if they insist on photo / signature I'm rather screwed - nothing I can do in the meantime apart from not let it stress me too much.
They did this last year with my name on the ticket - had to be exactly the same as my passport, which it wasn't (Tim > Timothy) - it's the holiday agency being cunts, that's all.
