I never did fit in — that was partly me and partly them. As Marx (Groucho) put it so well, I don't want to be part of a club that wants me as a member....that didn't stop these posts dredging some of that up.
Difference is, I note it now, and remark on it and shine sunlight on those bugs, hopefully scaring the nasties away. Boundaries. Not going to pretend the last 2 years didn't happen, or that everything was roses to be part of a 'Get Along Gang'.
I hated that back then, but age has made me less tolerant. And more sure that I wasn't the person I was gaslighted to be.
If people like me, then cool. If not, they know where the door is. I have no fucks to give anymore.
