fingertroubleUhoh...saw the LJ post about Your Money - signing up for ads - and then saw another post about it...I expect far more.
Me? I couldn't be less bothered. I'm now a 'free' user and apart from the ability to edit my comments I'm not missing much...used to support LJ but got bored with that. And the adverts are actually far less intrusive than other sites, ironic how many people bitched. Fair enough if you support the site you shouldn't see any ads...if they do then they deserve the whole world of LJ hurt.
But really, it's not really an issue for me anymore...LJ is a veritable ad-free island but it won't last, as Twitter will not be ad-free for long.
