This is the Royal Pier Hotel, an amazing place - which has suffered the same fate as the Pier itself. You can still see pics on the web it hadn't been closed that long for refurbishment until some people broke in and possibly started a fire in June...not insured (hmm) so it's a wreck.
All the Weston Pics are up...now for the Beachy Head ones.
Only slight annoyance is I cleaned my lens but the same blobs showed up on those too - grr. I then attacked the lens with lens cleaner and they seem to have disappeared - hoping they aren't dust on the CCD. If so I've taken a dust ref photo anyway...
