fingertroubleI've found other people's jobs lists interesting so thought I'd wade in:
2004-present - Freelance Interactive designer & developer, mostly Flash & HTML
1999-2004 PA Consulting, Senior interactive designer in a consultancy
1999 - unemployed for 6 months
1997-1999 - Graphic developer for a tiny Lotus Notes developer & ISP, originally applied for a developer role.
1996 - Post room work, BOC (temp) in my spare time taught myself this new-fangled HTML thing
1995 - 1997 Temp work, data entry, 6 months unemployment after graduation
1993 - vacation work at Plessey where my dad worked - they worked on MOD contracts so I've signed the Official Secrets Act like 3 times now! WOOH! I mostly spent the time messing around with Photoshop 2.5
1988 or 89 - Work experience at the local newspaper, first time I've gotten an article printed! I originally wanted to be either an artist or a journalist.
Boring huh? For the record I was happiest at BOC doing post room work for 8-9 months - little expectations, very Office Space cos you were invisible.
You could just do your job, which I took a lot of pride in but wasn't hard and was very structured/repetitive, so you also had time to think and dream. Kind of like how I envisage Einstein in the patent office, although I aint no Einstein.
