everytime I get a new phone...

I have to phone 02 twice or thrice to get them to send the right Internet settings - ALWAYS without fail they send me the 3G MMS settings, even though I asked for the Internet settings, they are different things. One is for sending texts and 3G texts with images/video, and the other is for browsing the Web over the phone without WiFi.

Cue second phone call where I try to explain to them to difference and the untrained chimp on the end tries to send me ANOTHER MMS text. Cos they have MyFirstCRMSystem in front of them, and the big red shiny button only says MMS in large happy font.

Oh and the customer line is 25p per minute...
