I've just spent the last few hours reading one site: http://timhunkin.com/ - I remember him from the excellent Secret Life of Machines TV series (which I'm getting on torrent now, and he links to the torrent from his site! Along with putting all of his cartoons online, respect the man knows what it's about :-D).

The Ride of Life concept was an inspiration during my art degree, and I must make it down to Southwold Pier...ignore all the protestations about art and the idiots at the ICA (weird hornrimmed lot that they are) the man is an artist, as well as engineer.
