If the extra security checks are random, why do I get pulled over EVERY time?

Can you say 'secret profiling'?

Currently at SFO and foolishly went through the security early. Why foolish? Well I have 2 hours to spend at the gate and there surprisingly is a crap level of shops, bars and cafes. There must be a last minute rush through security judging by the facilities (or lack of them)

Crap United

Ok after hanging around the sparse and boring airport, it looks like United flight UA930 is delayed by 2 hours+ - and get this, with no reason given. It half boarded and I was the next group then suddenly it all ground to a halt.

Underwhelmed by United and the 'delights' of SFO at the moment. Not even a Net cafe but those unusable uncomfortable metal phone terminals.

Not even a decent pub...
