With all of this hot , sizzling summertime weather, going sunbathing, cruising, etc. has raised issue with how we act at these particular spots. I guess it's all about our state of mind at the time.

When a guy is shy and muscular, he probably just takes in the view with a "be what it may" attitude. Other guys are more willing and more obvious in these situations.
