To me, it seems very very obvious that people that choose to do that really have no consideration to others around them or seeking some sort of attention in the sense they want to start on the first person to dare question them. Fucking stupid really. But you will notice it's usually agnst ridden teenagers but you would think that someone would have taught them manners but nowadays, who knows!
