I got to see Philip Glass and The Philip Glass Ensemble perform to the Jean Cocteau film La Belle et la Bête back in the late 90's. I had seen 3 previous live Glass performances but this was the most stimulating to my senses!

Head's up for July 1, 2010 with the London Philharmonic Orchestra Philip Glass’s Violin Concerto meets the world’s first performance of Ravi Shankar’s Symphony!! I would LOVE to see this! (Although It doesn't appear that either Glass or Shankar will perform ... bummer).
