Not so New Order

Open Note to New Order:

If you're releasing a double album with 'B-sides, rarities and non-album tracks' don't just reheat tracks from Substance, a single that everyone in the universe has already (Blue Monday) and an instrumental that no-one really wants (Thieves Like Us) and has been released as a b-side of a 12" that was available for forever because it wasn't one of your best and the others sold out first,

Yours sincerley

Me. Yes that one that bought Salvation AND From Brussels with Love.

DON'T BUY THEM!

We've presently counted nearly 200 instances of clipping, vinyl pop, glitches, typos, and incorrect info spread across the five album sets.

Wait until Bruce and I have ours finished, and they'll be available to download in a lossless format.

Throw those discs in the garbage and replace them in the digipacks with the ones we're making.

Yeah I steered well clear. Wasn't impressed, and I didn't even start to listen to it...seemed like a total waste of an opportunity to do a classic box set /remaster collection like the Pet Shop Boys ones, Fleetwood Mac or Kate Bush, adding extra very rare/unavailable tracks you actually do want.

I think part of the problem is New Order has had too many 'best ofs'
