APB - a record I saw today. by a bearish rapper

A record by a rapper called "... the Rapper" (I think 'Rob the Rapper' but not sure) I saw at SisterRay - long bearded cute hairy guy, a German release record, a recent release with a Barbra Kruger style cover (B&W photo with '... The Rapper' over it in white on red).

I wanted to find out more about this person rather than shelling out 8 or 10 quid on the CD, but getting 10,00000000s of unrelated search replies and the crappy search on the SisterRay website is no fucking help.

Ring any bells?

All of you Arctic Monkeys fans...

...check out Milburn, they're far, far, more better, from Sheffield and use their accent like the Arctics and Futureheads do, but like the 'Heads the punk's more spiky and barbed, more acerbic in their lyrics (the song I've heard so far. 'Showroom' is ace and is about the inhabitants of the wanky cafe in Brown St, I remember it well...).

Really there is far, far more better music than the Arctics...if you look.
