Anyone know a decent software to reclaim deleted photos

Accidentally deleted a few pictures of John at the weekend - I immediately realised I didn't write anything to the card...freebie software is crap and doesn't reclaim them -anyone know a decent piece of software that does reclaim files from a Nikon D70/CF card?
